Dr. Christine Ferrier,
Our senior doctor, is a 1976 graduate of the University of Toronto. She has since worked in private practice, where she sees the whole family. Dr. Ferrier has also worked as a school dentist for the Toronto Board of Education, and as a teacher of Dental Assisting at the Seneca College School for Dental Auxillaries. Since moving to Florida she has worked as an associate Dentist and also with a mobile dental unit dedicated to treating adult mentally challenged patients.
Married, with an adult daughter who is a Dental Hygienist, Dr. Ferrier is a warm, friendly, caring professional, whose goal is to have everyone receive excellent, thorough, dental care given in a personalized manner. Dr. Ferrier has been declared to be a “gentle dentist” by many of her patients. She avidly pursues and completes many hours of continuing education and takes her staff along so that the whole staff can keep abreast of new developments in dentistry. She is often saying “It's never too late to have a beautiful smile, even if it is a dentureand, remember, the mouth is the gateway to the body, so a healthy mouth is essential to a healthy body!”
Dr. Ferrier is a member of the American Dental Association, The West Coast Dental Association, The Upper Pinellas Dental Association, The Tampa Bay Area Dental Association, The Academy of General Dentistry and the International Association of Orthodontics.
