When you come to our office for your initial examination and cleaning, we will provide you with custom bleaching trays and materials for a one time enrollment fee of $99. (This is a savings of more than $300) Then at each 6 month preventative visit, we will give you a complimentary touch up kit of bleaching gel. This ensures that you will be able to keep your teeth bright and beautiful for life!

All we ask in return:

You keep your 6 month preventative visits current. Your long term dental health is as important to us as it is to you. Our patients find that these 6 months visits greatly reduce emergencies. That is why we are happy to provide this extra bonus for our patients who are committed to their dental health.

Provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. In order to provide exceptional services like Whitening for Life to all of our patients, we ask that you give us the courtesy of advance notice for schedule changes.

Alternatives to over the counter whiteners:

* Prescription strength Crest Whitestrips. These are plastic strips that are impregnated with a whitener. The strips are placed over the front teeth and worn overnight.
* Ultradent's Treswhite. In this case the gel comes in a preformed adjustable tray which is worn for 60mins. Once daily. It's very easy to use.

Custom Whitening Trays:

* We take impressions of your mouth and make custom fitted trays for your mouth. We then send you home with whitening gel that you place in the custom trays and wear each day until the desired whiteness is reached.

In Office chairside whitening:

* If you are looking for a quick result, which doesn't require your at home compliance, then this is the option for you. We prepare your teeth with prophylaxis and protect your gums with a covering. We then apply a super fast acting powerful gel and you sit in front of the Den-mat Crystal light for 60mins. The teeth usually lighten up to 10 shades.

Follow up:

* Once you have achieved your whiter smile, you will want to keep them white with whitening toothpaste.

Veneers:

* Tooth whitening is the least expensive way to brighten your smile. However, if this method does not get you where you want to go the next option is to place veneers over your teeth. You can pretty well choose the shade of your dreams plus you can change the shape and appearance of your teeth.
