Fees: Payment of fees on the day of treatment is expected and appreciated. However if extensive work is required, we will discuss a payment plan to more closely suit your situation. We offer many ways for you to pay for your treatment. All major credit cards are accepted, as well as personal checks. We also offer financing through Care Credit to make payment arrangements more comfortable for you. Do not hesitate to discuss our payment patterns with us so we can help you find a plan that is best for you.

Insurance Plans: We will be happy to complete and mail insurance forms relative to your dental services. However if your plan requires a co-payment and/or a partial payment from you, we will estimate what your portion should be and we will expect payment of your portion on the day of treatment. Should there be a discrepancy in the estimated portion that is yours, you will be expected to pay for the differences. Please be aware that it is important to check the terms of your individual policy carefully, since coverage can vary greatly between plans. Bring the information you have, and any dental card issued by your insurer, with you to the office.
